2. Who can use it

Creator Buddy is for Indian content creators aged 18 and above. By signing up you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
Do not share your account with others
Notify us immediately at privacy@creatorbuddyhq.com if you suspect unauthorised access

4. What we provide

Creator Buddy is an invoicing tool. It helps you create, manage, and send invoices to brands. It is not financial advice, legal advice, or a tax filing service.

Always verify your invoices before sending them. Consult a CA for tax-related decisions.

5. Your data

You own all your data. We store it only to provide the service to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use Creator Buddy to:

Generate fraudulent, fake, or misleading invoices
Misrepresent income, tax details, or GST information
Violate any applicable Indian law including the GST Act, Income Tax Act, or DPDP Act
Impersonate another person or business

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Limitation of liability

Creator Buddy is a tool to help you create invoices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We are not liable for errors in invoices you create, missed tax deadlines, or financial losses arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
